Shots Fired in FWB Neighborhood

The Fort Walton Beach Police Department is investigating a Monday afternoon shooting incident that occurred on Maples Street.

Investigators say an unknown subject in a car approached a resident as he stood outside his home. Victim told police without provocation the driver produced a firearm and began shooting at his home, striking it once.

No one was injured as a result of the incident.
