Two Fugitives Arrested in Bay County

Tuesday morning at 6:00, warrants deputies went to a residence at 1301 Beck Avenue #46 in Panama City. Warrants Deputies had received information that a fugitive identified as 41 year old Kristian Deborah Williams was hiding at this location.

Upon entering the residence, deputies were able to locate and arrest Williams.

Kristian Deborah Williams of Panama City was taken into custody on charges of grand theft, nine counts of forgery, nine counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, petit theft, violation of probation, failure to pay fine for petit theft, and four counts of passing worthless checks.

The Bay County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division then received information a fugitive identified as 30 year old Billy J. McMullen was hiding at a residence located at 6413 Highway 22 in Callaway.

At approximately 7:00 Tuesday morning, Warrants Deputies arrived at this residence to arrest McMullen on multiple outstanding narcotics warrants in reference to the manufacture of methamphetamine.

McMullen was located by deputies hiding in a closet in the residence. Also found in the residence was a methamphetamine laboratory and a firearm. McMullen was arrested and charged with manufacture of methamphetamine, and two warrants out of Gulf County for possession of a controlled substance and sell/manufacture a controlled substance. McMullen now faces additional charges for the meth lab and possession of the firearm by a felon.
