PANAMA CITY BEACH-She's a little girl we first introduced to you a couple months ago. Although, no major health improvements have been made for Amber Howard, this weekend she had more than a $2,200 dream come true.

Amber Howard has had a brain tumor on her brain stem since 2008. It's a condition doctors don't think will ever go away. Caring for Amber is a full time job so her mother hasn't been able to work. Back in November the Howard family was forced to down size and move from their house into an apartment. In the mean time the local Make a Wish Foundation met up with Amber and her family and granted the brave little girl a $2,200 shopping spree.

We met up with her at Pier Park during the shopping frenzy where her mom tells us nothing is more important than Amber's life. If you'd like to help, there is an "Amber Howard" fund set up at Hancock Banks which was formally known as People's First.
