Hit and run suspect makes clean get away

The suspect in a hit and run incident in Panama City Beach may have made a clean getaway, but authorities say there are still plenty of clues to help solve the case.

On Saturday, security cameras rolled as a white Ford Excursion towing a Glass Stream boat pulled into a car wash on Thomas Drive. While in the car wash, the driver hit a lift station, causing hundreds of dollars in damage, but pulled away without leaving any notification.

Now, authorities are releasing a picture of the vehicle, in hopes that someone will recognize the car or boat, and contact the Bay County Sheriff's Office at 248-2130, or CrimeStoppers at 850-785-TIPS.
