NEW YORK -- A law enforcement official in New York is offering more details about the death of Andrew Koppel, the 40-year-old son of former ABC News anchor Ted Koppel.
The official says Andrew Koppel was found dead in an apartment in upper Manhattan after a day of bar hopping.
The official says he'd been drinking with another man for hours after meeting him at a bar.
The cause of death hasn't yet been determined.
Koppel's father was the longtime anchor of the ABC News program "Nightline."
