Andy's Flour Power Frittata Recipe

John Certo of Andy's Flour Power Frittata Recipe:

10 eggs
Half cup of milk
Half cup of cooked sausage
Half cup of cooked bacon chopped
Half cup of cooked caramelized onions
Quarter cup of chopped fire roasted red peppers
One cup italian blend shredded cheeses
One tablespoon italian seasoning blend
3 tablespoons olive oil

Place 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a 14-16 inch skillet pan on medium heat. While the oil is heating, wisk eggs and milk together into large bowl. Mix all remaining ingredients into same bowl, reserving one third of the cheese for use later. Pour ingredients from bowl evenly into warm skillet. Cover and set timer for eight minutes. After timer is complete remove lid to check the frittata has come to form and is almost cooked through. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top, replace the cover and turn off heat. Allow to rest for two minutes. Remove cover and slide frittatta onto cutting board .....cut and serve!
