Arnold High School’s Blue Thunder Marching Band will honor victims of 9/11 in New York.
The band will be heading to New York in November to march in the Veteran’s Day parade commemorating the 10th Anniversary of 9/11. While it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity for these students, it comes with a large price tag. The boosters are working to keep the trip to $900 dollars per student, which is still too expensive for many students.
Band members are selling coupon books and cookie dough to raise money.
