The St. Joe Company has hired a different builder to take the lead on the Breakfast Point subdivision in Panama City Beach.

Huff Homes, which has built houses in Watersound, Watercolor, Sandestin, and Carson Oaks, is making plans to build in Breakfast Point. Huff plans to build several different models ranging from 1600 to more than 3,000 square feet, ranging in price from the low $200,000 to $300,000 dollar range.

Huff replaces Atlanta-based Beazer Homes which pulled out of Northwest Florida in August because of financial struggles.
