A 15 year old boy is dead after a car crash in Calhoun County.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened at the intersection of State Road 69, and County Road 274 at just after 4pn Sunday. They say Tony Edwards of Bristol Ran through a stop sign at State Road 69 and struck another vehicle. One his passengers, John Hilton, 15, was thrown from the car and died on the scene. Edwards other passenger, Melinda Colbert, 45, is in critical condition.

Charges are pending.
