Northwest Florida representative Brad Drake continues to take some heat for a controversial bill involving the death penalty.

Last week Drake introduced legislation that would do away with lethal injection here in Florida, and give death row inmates the choice of electrocution or a firing squad. He proposed the bill after European countries say they will no longer sell Florida the drugs used for lethal injections.

Drake says he’s not concerned about people to criticizing him for being inhumane.
