Chef John Certo joined us in the studio to tell us about Easter dinner tips and what to do with the leftovers.
When cooking a boneless ham, you always want to cook it for 20 minutes for each pound. For the men out there that like to smoke the ham, the same rule applies.
Say all your family just couldn't finish that ham you just cooked. What do you do with it? Make sliders!
Dice and sauté the ham and mix in some asparagus. You can use either butter or oil to sauté, based on your preference. Pour in your egg mixture and stir. Right before the egg mixture has completely cooked, add whatever cheese you like.
Leftover rolls make the perfect bun for the sliders or if you're making breakfast, bake some biscuits.
