Golf Carts could be seen soon on Lynn Haven city streets.

Commissioner discussed the proposal during their workshop meeting Monday. City Manager John Lynch gave them the final copy of the ordinance which will get its first reading during Tuesday night’s commission meeting. If approved, the ordinance will allow golf carts on most Lynn Haven streets from sunrise to sundown. There are 17 streets where golf carts would be prohibited, due to high traffic conditions or potential dangers.

All operators will be required to have a valid, current driver’s license.
