We've all heard of what an awesome workout paddleboarding is but imagine doing it around the entire state of Florida!

Justin Riney and Gabriel Gray are promoting Florida conservation on a 365 day journey of Florida’s coastline, waterways and aquatic ecosystem. They are calling the adventure "Mother Ocean's Expedition Florida 500" in celebration of the 500th anniversary since Ponce de Leon landed here.

You can join Justin at Camp Helen State Park on Lake Powell Tuesday afternoon from 4 to 5:30.

There will be a cleanup at that time and paddlers and boaters are welcome to join him on the water.
