Movers for Moms Interview

It's hard to believe but Mothers Day, May 11th, is just around the corner. For most families it's a time to pamper and celebrate mom. But women who are forced to live in shelters because of domestic abuse or homelessness don't always get that recognition.

That's where a program called Movers for Moms steps in.

Becky Martinez from Two Men and a Truck joined us this morning with more on this program as they kick off their yearly donation drive.

They are looking for donations of nice soaps, hair styling products, pillows, blankets, slippers, and robes.

You can drop off your donations at Jeans N Things, Indulgence Salon, Arnold High School, Mosely High School, and all of the Innovations Federal Credit Unions in Panama City and Panama City Beach

The drive ends on May 8th, the Thursday before Mother's Day. The items will be delivered on May 9th.
