Panama City Commissioners will discuss an ordinance change today affecting body altering businesses.
The issue was tabled back in July, when a proposal was made to eliminate the distance requirements between tattoo parlors and parks, and increase the buffer zone distance requirements between churches and schools. There is some debate as to whether the change is a good idea.
