BAY COUNTY-- Paris is travelling around with a beach clean up crew to see how they keep beaches clean especially during the spring break season.

Clean up crews start in the afternoon and work over night to make sure the beaches are clean by morning. The crew uses special equipment to rake the beaches of trash.

Through out the year, the crew takes out the special tractor once a week to rake the beach but during spring break the crew uses it daily. Crews are extremely careful to watch for night beach goers during spring break.

The crew travels the six mile stretch from the Summit and super clubs and finishes near the Sandpiper Beacon Resort.

During turtle nesting season, the crew does not take the equipment out at night in fear of harming the turtles.
