What started out as a lemonade stand and kids art exhibit twenty-one years ago, has evolved into a colorful festival celebrating the arts in South Walton County.

The annual flutterby festival was held in Rosemary Beach this weekend and sponsored by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County.

The event focuses on the importance of 'the arts' and gives kids the opportunity to express themselves through several different mediums.

Proceeds from the event goes back into the Cultural Arts Alliance to fund different art education programs.
