Springfield police are trying to figure out who robbed the “Discount Coffee and Sub Shop” Sunday afternoon.
It happened around 3:00 when a man, armed with a gun, and wearing a ski mask, went into the shop located at 831, Transmitter Road. The suspect used the gun to force the clerk behind the counter. Springfield police set up a perimeter and search the area.
