Superbowl Recipes from Beef O'Bradys

Superbowl 47 is just about here and while many people are looking forward to the game, lots of us are also getting excited about the food.

Some guests from 3 Bay County locations of Beef O’ Brady's joined Meredith Friday morning with a recipe that's got some kick.

Chris Caton from Tyndall Parkway, Pat Perno from Lynn Haven and Cody Foreman from Panama City Beach join us.

Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

6oz Romaine Lettuce
5 each Boneless Chicken Wings
1 oz Buffalo Sauce
4 oz Croutons
2 oz Parmesan Cheese
3 oz Blue Cheese Dressing

Cooking Procedure:
1. Place the 5 wings into basket of 350 degree fryer.
2. Cook app. 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
3. When cooked, place aside to drain excess oil.
4. Place in bowl and toss with buffalo sauce.

Presentation:
1. Portion Romaine lettuce into large bowl.
2. Arrange the chicken on top.
3. Sprinkle croutons and cheese on top.
4. Add dressing.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:

4 each Boneless Chicken Wings
1 oz Buffalo Sauce
1 each 12” Flour Tortilla
2 oz Shredded Lettuce
2 oz Diced Tomatoes
2 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese
11/2 oz Blue Cheese Dressing

Cooking Procedure:
1. Place the 5 wings into basket of 350 degree fryer.
2. Cook app. 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
3. When cooked, place aside to drain excess oil.
4. Place in bowl and toss with buffalo sauce.
5. Place Tortilla in microwave app. 15 seconds
6. Spread the lettuce, tomatoes.
7. Cut wings into strips
8. Place wings down center of tortilla
9. Sprinkle with cheese
10. Fold
11. If available, place tortilla into sandwich press for 2-3 minutes

Presentation:
1. Cut into 2 equal halves.
2. Place the bleu cheese dressing on side.
