Three men including a 15 year old are arrested for Armed Robbery in Panama City Beach.
On Saturday night, a man, walking down Front Beach Road, told police he was offered a ride by three men. Inside the vehicle; 15-year old Dakota E. Catt; 21-year-old Bryan R. Charest, of Brooksville, Alabama; and 44-year-old Frank M. Morris.
The victim told police after he got into the car, the driver then pulled into the second floor parking garage at the Tidewater Condos. That's when police said; Morris allegedly ordered 15-year old, Dakota Catt and 21-year old Bryan Charest to rob the victim. The men got out of the vehicle and allegedly ordered the victim at knife-point to take off his pants and give them everything he had in his possession. The three suspects then fled the scene.
The victim called police and during the interview, the victim pointed out the vehicle and suspects traveling eastbound on Front Beach Road. When officers attempted to stop the suspect, the driver kept going. A short chase ensued through Pier Park and it ended when the vehicle, driven by 15-year-old Catt, got blocked in by traffic at Back Beach Road and Pier Park Drive. Officers interviewed Catt and Charest and learned the location of Morris. Morris was located at his home on Lakeside Circle; he was found in possession of 32 Xanax pills, illegally.
Catt is charged with Armed Robbery and aggravated fleeing and eluding; Charest is charged with Armed Robbery; Morris is charged with Armed Robbery and Possession of a controlled Substance.
