Bay County Warrants deputies arrested and charged two men for using stolen personal identification information.

Antonio Unzueta-Gutierrez, 39, of Panama City, was arrested after deputies received information from several sources indicating he was working in a local restaurant as a server using a stolen social security number. Further investigation revealed Unzueta-Gutierrez to be in the U.S. without proper documentation and in possession of two stolen social security numbers. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected.

Meanwhile, Daniel Maldonado-Berrera, 37, ofCallaway, has been a fugitive since August of 2009. Maldonado-Berrera had been in the U.S. legally and working with proper documentation. However, he was arrested in 2008 when a deputy conducted a traffic stop and Maldonado-Berrera presented the deputy with a fraudulent driver’s license. That day he was also found to be in possession of a stolen social security number. Last year Maldonado-Berrera violated his probation related to that charge, and was picked up on a warrant for his arrest Tuesday.

Both men were arrested. More charges are pending for Unzueta-Gutierrez.
