Body found in burning duplex in Macon, Ga.

MACON, Ga. (AP) -- Authorities say the body of a man has been found inside the front door of a duplex that caught fire in downtown Macon.
The Telegraph reports Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones says the identity of the victim of the Friday morning fire will be released once the family is notified.
Macon-Bibb Co. firefighters say they were called at about 6:25 a.m. and found the building ablaze.
Jones says it appears the victim was trying to get out of the burning building.
