Panama City Beach -- The Bay County film commissioner has announced a casting call, seeking men and women between the ages of 20 to 50, to be featured in a commercial for the Panama City Beach Tourist Development Council.
The commercial is expected to begin airing nationally by Memorial Day weekend. The commissioner is looking for models/actors with a “modern and active” look. Those interested in trying out should come dressed in “casual/current attire,” and may be paired into a couple, so potential models/actors would have to be able to seem comfortable in that situation.
Those interested should come to the Shores of Panama at 9900 South Thomas Drive on Saturday, May 14, between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. There will be no parts cast for children, so no child actors will be screened.
