A Defuniak Spring man is under arrest for molesting a four year old child.
Walton County Sheriff’s investigators arrested 58 year old Billy Daugherty Saturday, charging him with two counts of sexually abusing children under the age of 16. They say the crimes took place between March and May. More charges are possible as this investigation continues.
