The former Director of Gulf County’s EMS is accused of stealing from money from the County.
Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents and Gulf County Sheriff’s investigators arrest James Shane McGuffin, 39, Wednesday on one-count of grand theft.
Authorities began investigating McGuffin in May 2010, for allegedly charging items to his county credit card for his personal used.
Investigators determined McGuffin allegedly charged about $1100 on the county card for personal expenses.
