Parker Mayor Tonya Barrow, will make a statement Tuesday morning after a city commissioner found herself in jail after being arrested on drug charges.
Bobbie Jo Spikes, 39, was arrested by the Bay County Sheriff’s narcotics officers Monday afternoon. Investigators say they received information that she was involved with drugs. Officers pulled spikes car over and say they found methamphetamine, bath salts, hydrocodone, and drug paraphernalia.
