The long-awaited federal report on the cause of the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill has been released.
The 200 page report holds BP, Transocean and even the government for the oversight gap accountable for the Deepwater Horizon rig explosion in 2010.
The report holds BP responsible for most of the disaster.
