Hundreds of families in Washington and Holmes counties are applying to the Salvation Army’s food and toys for Christmas program.
This week has drawn more than 300 families. The Salvation Army had several tables set up where volunteers met with families to determine their expenses and to explain the program. The Salvation Army will be set up in Bay County all next week and in Jackson County on November 10th for other families interested in applying.
