A new museum is now open to remember a former all-black school in Walton County.
Saturday, Tivoli historical society members celebrated the museum’s grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Tivoli High closed down in 1969. In the early 1900s, there were eleven African-American schools in Walton County.
The museum is open on Tuesdays from 10am to 1pm and Fridays from 12pm to 3pm
