A Georgia man is headed back to Bay County, to face DUI manslaughter charges.
Georgia state troopers took 27-year-old Storm Patrick Wood into custody Wednesday.
Florida state troopers plan to charge Wood with DUI manslaughter, in connection with a September 28th motorcycle crash.
They say Wood lost control of his motorcycle on Thomas Drive, killing Woods' passenger, a 34-year-old Panama City Beach woman named Robin Arnett.
Neither was wearing helmets.
Investigators say Wood's blood alcohol content was 0.187, more than twice the legal limit.
