MOBILE, Ala. (AP) -- A worker has died in a Thanksgiving Day accident at the Kimberly-Clark mill in Mobile.
Dave Dickson, a Kimberly-Clark spokesman, said 57-year-old Richard C. Smith was performing maintenance work on a pulp preparation area when he was killed.
It happened around 1:30 p.m.
Dickson said Smith's death appeared to be accidental, but is still under investigation.
