DOTHAN, Ala. (AP) -- A Midland City teenager is being held on $300,000 bond following his arrest for attempted murder and robbery charges.
Dothan Police said 18-year-old Jonathan Lawrence Andrews is accused of using a shotgun to shoot a man in the back during a robbery on July 22. The 34-year-old victim was seriously injured, but he survived.
Two other suspects -- 25-year-old Jermaine Tillman and Devane Hilliard, both of Dothan, were previously charged for their roles in the robbery.
Police said Andrews had been held in the Midland City Jail for a separate robbery that also occurred in July.
He was booked again on Saturday and remains in the Dothan City Jail.
