A Dothan home builder faces felony theft charges for failing to pay for more than $63,400 in goods he received from five businesses.
The Houston County sheriff's department said 46-year-old Samuel Martin McCall, a principal agent for Indigo Homes, was arrested Wednesday.
McCall faces five counts of first-degree theft and an unrelated charge of misdemeanor failure to pay child support.
The sheriff's department said it began investigating McCall after criminal warrants were filed against him.
McCall was being held on a $150,000 bond.
