McDonald's workers locked in office during robbery

Clayton County police are seeking two suspects who locked four workers at a McDonald's in Stockbridge in an office and robbed the store.

Police responded to a report of a robbery in progress at 2 a.m. Tuesday at the restaurant on Ga. 138 at Interstate 675. Police Capt. Joseph Woodall says officers saw one of the suspects with a gun through the drive-thru window.

None of the workers was hurt.

The suspects took an undetermined amount of cash. Woodall says they apparently were able to get out of the restaurant before backup officers arrived and set up a perimeter around the building.
