Pot seized on south Ala. interstate, 2 charged

Loxley Police say two Florida men remain in jail after officers seized ten pounds of marijuana.

Police said the pot was confiscated during a traffic stop Saturday afternoon on Interstate 10 East near the Loxley exit.

Arrested was 22-year-old Jeremiah Alexander Odom of Cocoa Beach and 20-year-old Westley Alexander Jones of Merritt Island.

Both were charged with trafficking marijuana.

Odom and Jones were being held on $1 million bond each in the Baldwin County Corrections Center.
