Three people are being held in the Henry County Jail after police seized 1,000 ecstasy pills over the weekend.

Abbeville Police Chief Mike Jones said the arrests were made Saturday night during a traffic stop on Ala. Highway 27, near U.S. 431.

Jones said officers arrested 26-year-old Crystal Gibbs of Headland; 24-year-old Daniel Thrasher and 25-year-old Marlon Mike, both of Dothan.

The three were each charged with trafficking methamphetamine. Their bond was set at $125,000.

Jones said the pills were worth an estimated $10,000 on the streets.
