Tuesday's arrest of 41-year-old Andrew Sewell of Dothan brings the total number of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor counts to four. Police previously arrested Sewell on a similar charge Feb. 26.
The charge filed last month alleged Sewell had sex with a student under the age of 18.
