A thirteen-year-old boy is in juvenile detention charged with armed robbery.
Montgomery Police Capt. Keith Barnett said the teen was one of three male suspects accused of participating in Monday night's holdup of a Dollar General store on the Mobile Highway. Two others escaped a police dragnet.
Barnett said the heist occurred at about 9 p.m.
The boy's name and age was withheld. He was charged with first-degree robbery and was taken to the Montgomery County Youth Facility.
