Auction Sites Selling Bikes From Bo Jackson Ride

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) -- You can have one of the bicycles Bo Jackson rode across Alabama for tornado relief for a winning bid of at least $8,720.
An online auction site is now selling bicycles and other items linked to Jackson's "Bo Bikes Bama" fundraising ride.
The five bicycles that Jackson rode during the five-day, 300-mile journey across north Alabama are the most expensive items. Each of the lightweight, carbon-framed racing bikes carries a minimum winning bid of at least $8,720.
Other items are less expensive, including sports memorabilia signed by ride participants including Ken Griffey Jr., Lance Armstrong and others.
Organizers are trying to add to the ride's fundraising total, which already exceeds $413,000. Proceeds go to the Governor's Emergency Relief Fund established after the tornadoes on April 27, 2011.
