NAPLES, Fla. (AP) -- Authorities say a body was found in a swampy area near Alligator Alley.
Investigators from the Collier County Sheriff's Office were called to the scene Tuesday night after hunters found the body.
The Naples Daily News reports the body was immersed in water.
Deputies in swamp buggies were searching the area early Wednesday.
No further details were immediately available.
