TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) -- The Department of Education has closed for the day after a car hit and ruptured water lines that feed the Tallahassee building.
The crash happened early Thursday morning.
Agency officials say they've closed the building for health and safety reasons as crews from the city work to repair the damage. There were no injuries and the building wasn't damaged.
Employees are working via email and phone for the day. Officials say the building should reopen at 8 a.m. Friday.
