Five Arrested in Alcohol-Related House Party Fatality

MIDDLEBURG, Fla. (AP) -- Five people have been charged in the death of a 19-year-old woman who was struck by a vehicle after leaving a beer pong party in north Florida.
Hollee Marie Krueger died June 3 while walking on a road in Middleburg. Officials say she'd just left a party hosted by two 20-year-olds, Amber Campbell and Jacob Hicks. They've recently been charged under a 2011 state law prohibits holding an open house party where alcohol was served to people under 21.
The Florida Times-Union reports two 21-year-old James Rosier and Austin Pettit and 22-year-old Eric Gibson also were charged.
Krueger's blood alcohol level was 0.16, twice the state's legal limit to drive.
Investigators, the party had been advertised on Facebook and through text messages.
No lawyers were listed for those arrested.
