Horn Honking Ticket

It started in February when DeLand Detective Christopher Jusick stopped Michael Lambert and gave him a warning for honking his horn at him after the traffic light turned green. Lambert, a criminal defense attorney, told the officer he wanted a ticket instead of a warning.
The Daytona Beach News-Journal reports the attorney then subpoenaed the officer to appear at an April 16 hearing. He didn't show and now Lambert has filed a motion ordering Jusick to explain why he shouldn't be held in contempt for not appearing.
Jusick declined comment to the newspaper.
Lambert says he's seeking justice.
