HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- Police have announced a $51,000 reward for information about the deaths of a Canadian couple found dead inside their Hallandale Beach condominium.
The couple -- 71-year-old David Pichosky and 65-year-old Rochelle Wise -- were found dead inside their condo in January. On Wednesday, police said they were asphyxiated.
Police Chief Dwayne Flournoy told the Miami Herald (http://hrld.us/10fnLGN ) that investigators believe more than one person was involved. Flournoy says he's hopeful a "less culpable" person will step forward in exchange for a lesser sentence.
Pichosky and Wise were from Toronto, but spent winters in South Florida. A neighbor found their bodies after they failed to show up for a lunch date.
Last month police released a surveillance video showing a woman leaving the condo. They're trying to identify her.
