Tallahassee, Florida-A Canadian man wanted for a triple homicide in Quebec was caught in Tallahassee Sunday morning.
Thirty-five-year-old Justin Bresaw is accused of setting fire to a home he was evicted from, killing the three people living inside back on September 17.
Tallahassee Police arrested Bresaw after they say he hit an officer and fled when the officer tried to question him. Police say they stopped to question Bresaw after they saw him using a laptop connected to utility box of a church.
In Canada, Bresaw faces three counts of first-degree murder and one count of arson. In addition to the charges Bresaw is facing in Canada, he is now being charged by Tallahassee Police with battery, resisting arrest, and being a fugitive from justice.
