OZARK, Ala A two-vehicle crash late Saturday night on Alabama 27 eight miles north of Ozark claimed two lives and injured three others.

Timothy Stafford, 53, of Abbeville was killed when the 2002 Ford Ranger he was driving collided head-on with a 1998 Toyota Camry. Passengers in Wuolukka’s vehicle are: David Poole of Lizella, Ga., who was taken to Southeast Alabama Medical Center with serious injuries. (He is an adult, but age is unknown at this time.) Destiny Hughes, 5, of Lizella, Ga., who was taken to Southeast Alabama Medical Center with serious injuries and Caiden Hughes, 7, of Lizella, Ga., who was taken to Flowers Hospital in Dothan, before being transported to Children’s Hospital in Birmingham with life-threatening injuries.
