Waffle House Robbery Caught On Camera

MARY ESTHER - The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has released surveillance video of the man wanted for robbing the Waffle House in Mary Esther

The suspect, descried as a white male, 5’10”-6’ tall, 180-200 pounds with a chubby face, dark hair and dark facial hair, comes into the restaurant, located at 2060 W. Highway 98, shortly after midnight. Wearing a “worn” looking blue or grey hoodie and jeans, the man walks up to the cash register and hands the clerk a note demanding money.

A waitress has to reach over the counter and help open the register. She then takes off to the back.

Once he’s got the cash, the suspect takes off behind the building.
