2012 is off to a pleasant start with the latest round of economic news.
The unemployment rate fell again last month for the fourth straight month as employers increased their hiring.
According to a new Labor Department report, the economy added 200,000 jobs in December, which is double what it did in November.
The extra jobs bring the unemployment rate to 8.5%, its lowest level since February 2009.
Throughout 2011, the job market gained 1.6 million jobs.

When push comes to shove some folks will take the job that they scoffed at before. When your belly is pressed up against your back bone, you say this job isn't paying much money but it's more than I got now. There are jobs, might not be what you'd like and you might have to shuffle your bills around but some money is better than none.
