Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
Ingredients Needed:
  • 5 Large red bell peppers (stem and seeds removed)
  • 5 Large garlic gloves
  • 2 cans of chicken stock
  • 1 large yellow onion (chopped into large pieces)

Directions:
Break bell peppers into large pieces and place into pot with whole garlic, chopped onion and chicken stock.
Place on very low heat and cook until all vegetables have softened. Cook at least one hour adding stock as needed.
Transfer vegetables and stock to food processor and puree. Sauce can be used over chicken or pasta.
