Panama City - The Florida Department of Education released high school grades for the 2010-2011 school year and Bay District School's are celebrating.
Bay County improved it's overall district score this year from a B to an A on the FCAT. But for the past two years now, high school grades are also based on graduation rates, participation in accelerated classes and success on college readiness tests. All the high school's in the district scored a B except for Mosley which got an A this year. This is the first time Bay District School's has had two consecutive years with all B's or better.
